Accommodations/Stadium Rules For All Athletes, Staff, Judges, Volunteers and Spectators:

-Respect and do a great job to protect the field, stadium and surroundings at all times. It is a professional minor league ballpark and the Charleston RiverDogs field manager works hard daily to make it look pristine. Help him and the rest of the Riverdogs staff out by doing your part.
-Respect your judges and volunteers, regularly thank them for their time and effort
-Wear your athlete, volunteer or spectator bracelet at all times and when leaving and returning to venue
-The athlete village will be located inside of the stadium (right field), keep it clean
-Tents are welcome to be set up in the Athlete Village
-Tents maybe left overnight
-Respect your judges and volunteers, regularly thank them for their time and effort
-Coolers are allowed inside of the stadium
-Open tents on the warning track only….not on the outfield grass
-Place protectors under each tent leg if located on the grass
-Respect your judges and volunteers, regularly thank them for their time and effort
-Free Parking is available across the street (Fishburne Street)
-Do not open your tents on the grass
-Respect your judges and volunteers, regularly thank them for their time and effort
-Do not drag anything across the grass (including, but not limited to: tents, tent legs, chairs, wheels, table legs, equipment, etc…)
-Do not litter – place any and all trash in the nearest garbage can (there are plenty of them)

-Do not wear cleats or shoes with spikes
-No pets allowed
-Do not smoke

-There are multiple restrooms available around the concourse for use
-An ice bath will be available at all times, bring a towel
-Bring bug spray in case the bugs are out. It is hit or miss down by the river depending on the temperature, humidity and wind speed

WOD 1:
-time cap: 10 minutes for Individuals; 10 minutes for Teams
-barbell for Scaled Divisions will be (75lb/53lb)
-barbell for Rx Divisions remain the same at (95lb/65lb)
-men will be use a 45lb bar, women will use a 33lb bar
-review and study WOD 1 Details Sheet extensively for all WOD details (coming soon)

WOD 2:
-time cap: 6 minutes for Individuals; 8 minutes for Teams
-review and study WOD 2 Details Sheet extensively for all WOD details (coming soon)

WOD 2.5:
-OHS load for Rx-Older Divisions (95lb/65lb)
-OHS load for Rx Divisions stays the same (115lb/75lb)
-rings will all be at the same height across all divisions, appx 90 inches
-there will be a box available if needed
-all athletes will use a 45lb bar
-review and study WOD 2.5 Details Sheet extensively for all WOD details (coming soon)

WOD 3:
-all athletes will use a 45lb bar
-each station will consist of 375lbs:
-55lb x 2 (both stacked on one side of the lifting area) – 2 red bumpers
-45lb x 2 (both stacked on one side of the lifting area) – 2 blue bumpers
-35lb x 2 (both stacked on one side of the lifting area) – 2 yellow bumpers
-25lb x 2 (both stacked on one side of the lifting area) – 2 green bumpers
-10lb x 4 (both stacked on one side of the lifting area) – 4 black bumpers
-5lb x 2 (both stacked on one side of the lifting area) – 2 iron plates
-2.5lb x 2 (both stacked on one side of the lifting area) – 2 iron plates

WOD 4:
-wallball targets are at 10ft
-rope climbs for Scaled Divisions will be 10ft ascent (instead of 15ft ascent)
-rope climbs for Rx Divisions stay the same (15ft ascent)

WOD 1 — Will be the Qualifier WOD for all Rx divisions on Sunday morning
-Team Rx Coed (top 16)
-Team Rx Women’s (top 16)
-Team Rx Men’s (top 16)
-Individual Women’s Rx (top 16)
-Individual Men’s Rx (top 16)

WOD 2.5 — Individual Rx-Older Divisions (both women and men) will be performing WOD 2.5 (instead of WOD 1) on Friday evening with WOD 1 being the Qualifier WOD on Sunday morning (see below)

Update for Rx Individuals:
-WODs 2 and 2.5 will be on Friday evening
-WODs 3 and 4 will be on Saturday afternoon
-WOD 1 will be the Qualifier WOD (Top 16) on Sunday morning

Update for Rx Teams:
-WODs 2 and 2.5 will be on Saturday morning
-WODs 3 and 4 will be on Saturday afternoon
-WOD 1 will be the Qualifier WOD (Top 16) on Sunday morning

UPDATE: Competitor List – Athlete/Team Numbers and Heat Assignments

Competitor List Update: For all Athletes (Individuals and Teams), be sure to review this updated list for your athlete/team number and heat assignment. For instance, another heat was added for Men’s Rx Individuals and Men’s Rx-Older Individuals to accommodate a few required changes along with some other minor changes. All changes are final. This list is final and will be the list used on Game Day!
