IMPORTANT – Detailed Heat Schedule For WODs 1, 2, 2.5, 3 and 4

IMPORTANT!.. Read All!

All heats will stay the same for WODs 1, 2, 2.5, 3 and 4. Heats be re-racked for Qualifying and Final WODs on Sunday.

Detailed Heat Schedule for WODs 1, 2, 2.5, 3 and 4.xls

-review and study this schedule
–know what heat you are in
–reference: 2013 Integrity’s Revenge Competitor List/Heat Assignments.xls
-know your heat times for each WOD
-athletes MUST check in at the WOD check-in/staging/on-deck area at least ONE heat prior to each WOD (TWO heats prior for WOD #2)
-be prepared to enter the WOD area when the current heat finishes
-if you are late for or miss your heat, you will get a zero score for that WOD
-be ready to go!

WOD 1
-Time Cap: 10 minutes Individual, 10 minutes Team
-4 minutes between heats for athletes to transition out and in of WOD area

WOD 2
-Time Cap: 6 minutes Individual, 8 minutes Team
-4 minutes between heats for athletes to transition out and in of WOD area

WOD 2.5
-Time Cap: 8 minutes Individual, 10 minutes Team
-4 minutes between heats for athletes to transition out and in of WOD area

WOD 3
-Time Cap: 6 minutes Individual, 8 minutes Team
-4 minutes between heats for athletes to transition out and in of WOD area

WOD 4
-Time Cap: 8 minutes Individual, 10 minutes Team
-4 minutes between heats for athletes to transition out and in of WOD area
